In the Dante family, one touch was all it took. The heat shared between Constantine Romano and Gianna Dante would not be ignored—even though Constantine left town nearly two years ago! But now he was back and Gianna was about to teach him that a Dante was not to be ignored….

The Italian businessman didn’t anticipate this lovely Dante getting under his skin—but he wouldn’t let anyone else have her, either! Whether or not he believed in the legend of the Inferno, Constantine knew that Gianna was going to be his by whatever means possible. And his brand of persuasion would be oh-so-passionate!

My Thoughts

Last book for the Dante family and this one is Gianna love. She’s the baby girl protected by all the male, brothers and cousins, so you can see how hard it is to actually introduce some new boyfriend to the family, but things were a little different when we discovered that Constantine was her Inferno chosen, we first met him in Dante Contract Marriage, he’s Ariana brother and we followed how important in was for him to achieve success in business.

After months seperated Gianna thought Constantine didn’t want her and started a new relationship with the wrong guy, plus we got to see more from both Constantine and this new guy, they have some secrets from the past, nothing good.

I liked how this couple handled things, but Constantine acted in very bad ways some moments, but he’s kinda perfect and just wanted some money to provide her and create anew family.

Also the end lead us to believe that a new Dante will have a book, now just wait and see.

The Inferno struck without warning, but Draco Dante had no complaints. For his family’s legacy drew him to Shayla Charleston, a mysterious beauty who ignited his blood. Soon he had her in his bed…and just as quickly she was gone.

After months of searching, Draco finally found the woman who was his destiny…the woman who was about to bear his child. But secrets began to rise, and Draco was torn between past strife with their families, and a future with his wife and son. Could Draco trust she shared their Inferno bond? Or had Shayla agreed to their marriage pact for an entirely different reason?

My Thoughts

This series is almost over and we get to see a very strong woman. In the same party Rafe found his Inferno bride we discovered Shayla, and Draco found the women of his life. But things are not that simple and these two suffered a lot before finally love each other.

Shayla was party crashing because she wanted a glimpse of the Dante and the next day she had a business meeting with them, but she also wanted a wild night and to lose her V card since it was her birthday and freedom was her wish. That’s how she met Draco, he was close to the door and the first to see her, but when their touch made sparkles fly neither could escape for the night.

Shayla has a new job and vanished the night after, but Draco never stopped looking for her and we discovered that she was pregnant and her grandmother is pure evil. These two had to overcome lots of issues from both families, especially after they found some secrets from the past.

Great book and loved Draco.

One woman who was meant only for him? Rafe Dante denied The Inferno–that passionate knowing that made the palms of destined lovers itch. But his family wasn’t so easily convinced and paraded women in front of him. Until a brainstorm struck…

"He" would choose a bride, proclaim her his soul mate, and when she left, he’d be "brokenhearted" and his family wouldn’t dare interfere again. So Rafe hired sweet, beautiful Larkin Thatcher to be his temporary fiancée.

But Larkin had secrets–and then Rafe felt the infernal heat rising….

My Thoughts

Sixth book in this series and this one was really sweet. Larkin was hiding a secret but it was not her fault who she was related and she got in trouble after Rafe discovered everything, but things are not as bad as it sounds.

Rafe was tired of his family trying to marry him of, especially after they discovered his ex-wife wasn’t The Inferno Bride, and now that she’s dead for awhile and he didn’t found anyone new to spent the life, everyone is driving him crazy with meeting new people.

So one night he decides to pretend to have found this Inferno and made a pact with Larkin, but the only problem was these two didn’t expect to find more than love.

I loved the development in this book and how these two progressed into love. Really good.

Mr. June: Luc Dante, take-no-prisoners bachelor

His Vow: Avoid the Dante Inferno…at all costs

His Destiny: Watching over the one woman who can make him burn

Only family obligation could have forced him to play babysitter to heiress Tea de Luca. But when Luc felt the heat of the Dante Inferno, undeniable passion quickly propelled them into bed. It was supposed to be for just six weeks…until their families found out. Dante duty had Luc agreeing to a wedding–but would he ever accept Tea as his destined love?

My Thoughts

This was a great book and I loved Tea. She’s fun, a little lost and more than intelligent, but she made Luc fall to his knees.

Luc is the security time in the Dante diamonds and now he was kinda blackmailed by his grandmother to keep save Tea de Luca, she’s a friend of the family and he doesn’t want to work following a spoiled girl, but discovered that she’s very different and family is important to her.

I liked how Luc handled the crazy life that Tea was trying to jungle and he also discovered the stealing happening in her business, plus the sexy scenes were really good and hot.

Wealthy businessman Lazzaro Dante was far too sophisticated to believe in the legend of the Dante Inferno. So he was certain that a marriage of convenience, to protect his family’s claim to a priceless diamond, would leave his heart untouched. But from the first moment he met Ariana Romano, his very soul was seared by a desire unlike any he had ever known. And despite their secret agreement to make theirs a marriage in name only, he knew the passion that blazed between them could not be kept hidden for long…

My Thoughts:

Forth and last book of the Dante brothers. And the least expected for me. Since Dante’s Stolen Wife when Lazz stole his brother Inferno bride only for revenge, I don’t like his actions. His very methodical and numbers and schedule rule his life, but he’s also the last brother to succumb and the odds are not in his favor.

When Caitlyn discovered a contract that would expire and the Dante would lose a very important diamond, the ever right Lazz decided to get hitched. His father discovered when he was nothing more than a child that his inferno bride was Ariana and the daughter of a very good family friend. Lazz has never met her but has to do everything in his power to save the diamond from getting lost.

I loved Ariana and she’s very sweet and free, didn’t deserve to get sucked for life with Lazz, because he’s never going to change. But their relationship was very hot to read and for once we get to see a more liberal side of Lazz.

I liked the developments in the book, but still don’t like Lazz.

Nothing could keep Nicoló Dante from uncovering the truth about Kiley O’Dell. He knew she had to be a liar, but the moment he set eyes on the beauty, his soul was scorched by the once-in-a-lifetime heat of The Dante Inferno. Then a sudden accident stole her memory, and he seized the chance to learn all her deepest secrets — by pretending to be her husband. But the longer he kept up the dangerous masquerade, the clearer it became that whoever this woman was–whatever she was–he couldn’t rest until he made her truly his own…

My Thoughts:

Third book in this series and the Dante’s once again show how alpha male they are and how they do absolutely everything to have their chosen women.

Some documents were found in the second book and the mine could be taken from them, so Nicoló decides to meet Kiley and discover everything about her and why she thinks the diamonds belong to her, but after some confrontation and the discovery about how destiny likes to play, Kiley suffers an accident and Nicolo believing in his guilt part lie to her and the hospital.

She has amnesia and he played her into his crazy marriage plot just to buy time and try to discover more about her family and why she’s trying to robber them.

I liked this book better than the summary, because there’s also a lot of action and some strange people trying to win some money. Didn’t like Nicolo but understand his actions and actually acted in the end.

They called it The Inferno–the all-consuming desire that scorched a man just once in a lifetime. Millionaire Marco Dante felt its flames the moment he set eyes on Caitlyn Vaughn. Nothing could keep him from having her–not even her engagement to his twin brother! So he posed as her true fiancé, stealing her away for a rushed wedding and a breathtaking honeymoon. But then he had to face his new bride when she discovered his masquerade–and somehow find a way to turn her blazing fury back into white-hot passion…

My Thoughts:

Second book in the Dante Family tells the story of Marco and Caitlyn. Everything started really bad for these two and I got angry with Lazz, because he was jealous and petty, but all turned up good in the end and the Inferno made another happy couple.
Caitlyn met Marco on her first day working for the Dante’s but didn’t knew there were two of them and started a relationship with Lazz thinking it was the same guy she met that gave her an electric shock. Marco was away dealing with the international affairs and didn’t knew Lazz was stealing his Inferno girl.
Marco is very passionate and one of the first in the family that believes since the beginning in the Inferno, but he suffers quite a bit to make Caitlyn trust him, after being played by the twins and she doesn’t accept that somehow the lust will change to love and they will live HEA.
It was a good book, but I don’t liked the feelings Lazz demonstrated and how he acted to still a women, especially from his own brother. Not my favorite Dante brother and now I can’t wait to see him suffer for his Inferno girl, knowing how analytic he is.

Jump into the fire

Severo Dante and his brothers had always dismissed rumors of the Inferno–an explosive desire that overtakes Dante men when they first see their soul mates. Then Severo met jewelry designer Francesca Sommers and was astonished by their raw, urgent, mutual attraction. A rising star at a rival company, Francesca has crafted a dazzling new collection that could ruin Severo’s plans to rebuild the Dante empire. His solution: blackmail her into becoming his employee–and his fiancée–until their smoldering affair runs its course. But some fires, once lit, can never be extinguished…

My Thoughts:

I like a good romance with attraction at first sight, because love usually is built during the book, but this story was not my favorite form the author. And I ended up  reading more to see the rest of the family than the actual romance.

Severo doesn’t believe in the inferno, some crazy attraction that affects his family from centuries and after watching his parents fighting all his life, he doesn’t want that relationship for himself and tries to scape this legendary curse, but when it happened to him things started to look a little different and he could have changed the attitude, but stuck to being an asshole.

Francesca could stopped Severo since the beginning. He treated her really bad and even blackmailed her, if the relationship had gone wrong her entire life could be destroyed. He made her get fired, lose contact with her father, get in a fight with a friend.

Severo is not the worst character, but he could have changed and chose not to, even after knowing Francesca was going to be his HEA.

Why did you decide to write an urban fantasy paranormal romance?

Danielle: Paranormal Romance is such a liberating topic. When writing paranormal romance a writer can pretty much make up the rules as they go.

April: NO RULES!!! Anything goes! I love fantasy. It’s a world that can bend and break any way you want or need it to. And the mystery of it can be amazing.

What do you think makes your book stand out in today’s market?

Danielle: Our book is not they typical boy meets girl; girl falls in love, happily ever after. Our book has many hidden secrets and sideline stories that we feel the reader will enjoy learning.

April: We really worked hard to make this book different than everything else. There is some major action going on and a plot that is based on scriptures and mythical elements. Then we added a love triangle and loves of drama! It’s not an angel/fallen angel book. There is way more to it!

Do you have any must-haves while you are writing?

Danielle: Music, I have music for every mood of writing.

April: Cigarettes and coffee. Oh! And of course Danielle. LOL.

What kind of books do you read in your spare time?

Danielle: I read everything from historical romance, to paranormal romance, to the side of a cereal box.

April: I like to read cereal boxes. I find them so interesting. Plus they have those little games on the back! It’s awesome! (Only kidding.) My love will always be paranormal romance. Boy meets girl; they fall in love; tragedy strikes and they must overcome it together!

Do you read the same genre that you write?

Danielle: I do. I know people say this is a no-no, but I love to read and write this genre.

April: Yes, because I love it. But I do read other things, like, just finished Seven Deadly Sins by Corey Taylor. Totally loved it.

Can you tell us anything about what you are currently working on?

Danielle: A wolf, a witch, and a seriously bad case of the blues. We are currently working on a paranormal romance novel called The Witch and The Werewolf.

April: As Danielle said, we are working on The Witch and The Werewolf. We also have She Haunts Me and Flesh and Flames, which is book 2 of The Flesh Series.

What is one urban fantasy paranormal romance book that you would recommend?

Danielle: I love YA so I would have to recommend Hush-Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick.

April: Gonna have to stick with Danielle on this one. I loved Hush-Hush! One of my most favorite books!

A curiosity you would like to share.

Danielle: Why is love so darn difficult?

April: Why was it that I was in love with Edward in the movie but in love with Jacob in the book? (I know someone can totally relate to this.)

Quick answers:

a dream?

Danielle: All I can tell you is that I am there and so is Damon
Salvatore off of Vampire Diaries.

April: Sitting on the covered porch to my beach house with coffee, my laptop, and my co-author.

a nightmare?

Danielle: A world without cognac.

April: Not writing!!!

favorite book?

Danielle: Pride and Prejudice.

April: Is it bad to say Flesh and Feathers? Umm… ok, then I would have to go with New Moon.

favorite music?

Danielle: New age folk.

April: Metal all the way. And I will listen to Country on occasion. (But when I write, I have to listen to whatever Danielle is playing.)

favorite sentence?

Danielle: It is her world; we just live in it.

April: Anyone who knows something I don’t is my teacher. (I have worn this out over the years.)

Summary:

Blurb: Azaleigh’s life was simple. Then she meets Kale and Gage, two very different and charming men – one she loves and the other she cannot live without. As she struggles with her feelings towards them both, she begins to realize they are hiding a secret – and to her surprise they are not the only ones.

Soon after, Azaleigh finds herself running for her life from a bounty hunter that is far from human, and with every narrow escape, she begins to unlock the secret that will change her life forever. In a world of good and evil, angel and fallen, Azaleigh must choose between fate or the one she loves. What do you do when hell won’t let you win and evil just won’t die?

Excerpt:

“Aren’t you coming in?” I asked. He just stood there, not saying a word.

“Is that a, No?” I asked, not hiding my frustration.

“I have somewhere to be,” he said with that stupid matter-of-fact voice again

That’s all it took. I lost my cool… or something like that. “You know what? I don’t get you. You act like I can’t walk myself home from work because I need protecting. You take me out acting like I’m your girlfriend and the only person you can think about…. Then you come here and… do what you do–you know what I’m talking about. (I was thinking of how to say make me want to have sex with you, but that would have been blunt and pathetic). And now you act like this and like you did last night. You know what? Fine! If that’s how it’s going to be, then leave.” (I am sure that didn’t come out any better.) I followed up by slamming the door in his face.

I laid my back against the door and butted my head against it a few times. Then I thought about how that was the most ridiculous overreaction I had ever seen done by anyone.

My instinct was to look through the peephole to see if he was still there. Sure enough, he was and with the same expression on his face. I calmly opened the door, which made a creaking sound at the slow pace. Staring at the floor, I cleared my throat and began to speak. “I’m sorry. It’s been a long day. I was out of line and… um… I didn’t mean anything I just said… or screamed.”

Book Blurb:

Azaleigh’s life is simple until, by chance, she meets Kale. Charming and handsome Az is immediately drawn to him. But long kept secrets lurk in the hearts of those Az holds most dear, and dangerous plans are unfolding around her. As her life begins to crumble and Kale disappears, Gage, charismatic and striking, arrives, providing a calm port in an increasingly violent storm. But with every narrow escape from a far from human bounty hunter after her life, Az begins to unravel a secret with the power to change her forever. In an increasingly hostile world of Angel and Fallen, Azaleigh must navigate her own path, chose her own side, and ultimately protect her heart. Faced with two gorgeous men, an enemy she doesn’t know, and a future she cannot understand, Az must make the choice: the man she loves, or the man she cannot live without.

My Thoughts:

This is a book about angels, but there’s so much more than just that. Azaleigh, or Az as everyone say, doesn’t know about her future and everything that happens around her. But she’s in danger when two different kind of angels fight to dominate.

The book also shows two different kinds of love, and it’s interesting to see that Az, likes both Kale and Gage, but it’s so different, Gage is more like a friendship and the Kale is a deep feeling that changed the way she sees things around her.

I loved the fact that these two men show Az different parts of her life and what she was missing, but there’s so much characters going around that it’s a bit confusing after we get to know the story and the reasoning for her protection. I think the book could be a bit longer and Tobias story could be shared more slower.

Trailer:

Excerpts:

I opened my eyes, and I could see of all the shades of blue that made his eyes so brilliant. They twisted and interlocked, creating the most vibrant color. He leaned towards me, and I felt my legs weak and wanting to give way. He held my gaze, and I wanted so badly to look away; this was not something I was ready for. Finally, his lips were within an inch of mine. I forced my eyes closed as he whispered, “Azaleigh.” He pressed his lips zealously to mine. With each supple kiss, my lips fell in perfect formation. A surge of heat rushed through me. His hands reached up cupping my jaw line on each side, holding me in place. His last kiss gently pulled at my top lip and softly let go. He lingered inches from my face. I stood there with my eyes closed. I was too petrified to open them. I felt his thumb brush across my cheek in reassurance. I couldn’t speak. I was afraid my words would dissolve the moment, and I would never get the magic back again. But like all great things, the end was inevitable.
