July 2013 in Review

This month I read way to much and reviewed a lot of books, but the best part was definitely the holidays. No college and sleeping late almost everyday. Busy life in July. Alegre

I loved most of the books and even got to finish some novellas too, they are not my favorite because the story is always rushed and way to fast but sometimes is fun to just enjoy the moment and the free books.

Memes and other things I participated this month:

Month in Review and TBR in April

 photo Untitled-1-2_zps589d9de3.jpg

There are some changes coming this month that hopefully can help me on the long run, but I’m not really good at following rules so, for this first month it will only be a test. I’m limiting myself to buy only five, yes 5, books in June and for requesting books the number will be a little higher to seven(7).

You can think that’s not much, but I’m really trying to read a couple books on my TBR and to finish a few series this year. Seriously Series is going to rock in June. Also I have some hope to start a new job on July and some changes are bound to come, I’m thinking ahead and trying to figure a schedule to help me.

May Reads

  1. Three to Ride by Sophie Oak
  2. Entwined with You by Sylvia Day
  3. Imitation in Death by JD Robb
  4. Heart of Venom by Jennifer Estep
  5. Finding Perfect by Susan Mallery
  6. Sister of the Bride by Susan Mallery
  7. Almost Perfect by Susan Mallery
  8. Chasing Perfect by Susan Mallery
  9. Portrait in Death by JD Robb
  10. When We Touch by Brenda Novak
  11. When Lighting Strikes by Brenda Novak
  12. Fall of Night by Rachel Caine
  13. The Elite by Kiera Cass
  14. Famously Engaged by Robyn Thomas
  15. The Goddess by Robyn Grady
  16. Awakenings by Hally Willmott
  17. Dealing Her Final Card by Jeannie Lucas
  18. His Southern Temptation by Robin Covington
  19. His Callahan Bride’s Baby by Tina Leonard

New vision!

A few weeks ago I discovered my blog was a mess and decided to change a few things, so now I have an announcement to make. There’s a new and dark side to Book Travels where all those 18+ books will be reviewed.

 photo Untitled-2_zps518708a5.jpg

Only books with the genres like Erotica and Paranormal Romance will be reviewed there and now I’m really into Urban Fantasy so you can find all my reviews on the new website.

But if you’re a fan of Romance and Young Adult, you’re in the right place and stick around for a few tours and giveaways heading right here. I started listening to audiobooks for the In Death series and now I love Mystery. To make things balanced there’s three genres for each blog and you’ll be able to find the reviews scheduled on the Calendar page.
